Our FAST-Track Application has been updated to include
projects up to $100,000. Complete and submit for contract
bonds under $100,000.
For
contract bonds over $100,000, please complete each of the
following forms that make up our Contract Bond Set-Up
Kit. All
submissions should be to Anderson Insurance Agency, your
Minnesota
Connection for Contractors Insurance. We will check
the application for accuracy and submit it for approval and
issue. Please submit these forms along with
the company financial statement and resumes on owners/key
personnel (companies 5 years or older are exempt from
sending resumes).

the approval process, please furnish us with a complete
